Shipping Options & Carriers:

We ship orders using Canada Post and its trusted partner carriers.

  • Domestic (Canada) and customs processing are handled by Canada Post.

  • For international shipments, the final delivery may be completed by local or partner carriers, depending on the destination country.

Once a package leaves Canada, it may be transferred to the destination country’s postal service or a regional courier to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.

Tracking information will be provided whenever available, and delivery times may vary based on the destination and local carrier operations.

Australia: CAD 15
UK, Germany & other European countries: CAD 15–20

Customs & Duties:

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in their country. These fees can be charged upfront depending on local regulations. For customers in the United States, such fees will be applied.

Your order will be shipped in a single package, though the exact origin may vary depending on where our artists or fulfillment partners are located. We ship orders as efficiently as possible, but delivery times may differ based on the shipping location.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages

All parcels include a tracking number. If your package is delayed, damaged or appears lost, please contact us. We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. Refunds for the original item price may be issued if approved by the carrier, but full refunds cannot be guaranteed.

Important Notice
We cannot offer refunds for items not delivered due to circumstances beyond our control, including incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, unpaid customs or duties, or shipping carrier issues. Please make sure the delivery address is correct.
